Dear Kindergarten Families,

It’s hard to believe that our kindergarten year passed so quickly. I hold many fond memories of the unique personalities, interesting stories, and exciting events that filled our busy days.

With your support, we accomplished a great deal this year. The kindergarteners grew physically, socially, and academically. I am very proud of their accomplishments, and they are proud of themselves as well. They grew taller, changed shoe sizes, and lost baby teeth; they learned the value of applauding their friends’ successes and supporting their challenges; they learned to tie shoes and do the chicken dance; they authored books and communicated in foreign languages; they explored the vastness of the world and the proximity of their own community. Lasting friendships were formed, and for that we are grateful.

Thank you for supporting the kindergarten curriculum, for participating in your child’s kindergarten experience, and for contributing to our warm and friendly classroom atmosphere. I wish you sunny, fun-filled summer days ahead. Take time to enjoy the beauty of the season.
